Shipping & Returns


We ship our products internationally. Shipments on stocked products are typically processed within two business days. Customized products will have different lead times with estimates viewable on that product’s page. In the event that we cannot meet these deadlines, we will contact you promptly to notify you of the situation.

Shipping delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and tracking for international packages can also be unreliable! International packages can sometimes take up to 2 months, depending on the carrier. If you’re an international buyer, you accept this risk and Subtle Design will not be held responsible for delayed or lost packages or infrequent tracking updates. We will not ship a replacement out; it is the buyer’s responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to pay any taxes and import duties. There are no refunds on uncollected customs packages.


All orders undergo a strict quality inspection before shipment. Due to the nature of our products, returns within 14 calendar days from the date the order leaves our facility are accepted on a case-by-case basis; only on rare occurrences where the product demonstrates a clear manufacturing defect impeding the advertised function of the product. For all other issues, please contact us here, and we will do our best to resolve the situation!
