We ship our products internationally. Shipments on stocked products are typically processed within two business days. Customized products will have different lead times with estimates viewable on that product’s page. In the event that we cannot meet these deadlines, we will contact you promptly to notify you of the situation.
Shipping and Billing information must match for all orders. We have the right to cancel and refund your order if we believe it to be fraudulent. If your PayPal is unverified, we have the right to cancel and refund your order.
To avoid many issues when ordering internationally, we recommend choosing DHL.
UPS does not deliver to PO boxes.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to pay any taxes and import duties. There are no refunds on uncollected customs packages.
You must provide a valid phone number when ordering in order for customs to contact you regarding any taxes and import duties.
Shipping delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and tracking for international packages can also be unreliable! International packages can sometimes take up to 2 months for USPS. If you’re an international buyer, you accept this risk and Subtle Design will not be held responsible for delayed or lost packages or infrequent tracking updates. We will not ship a replacement out; if the original ‘delayed/lost’ package shows up after you order a replacement, simply return it to us with a tracking #, and once we receive it, we will refund you.
All orders undergo a strict quality inspection before shipment. Due to the nature of our handmade and customized products, returns within 14 calendar days from the date the order leaves our facility are accepted on a case-by-case basis; only on rare occurrences where the product demonstrates a clear manufacturing defect impeding the advertised function of the product. No returns are accepted if you order the wrong product or size/model of product. For all other issues, please contact us here, and we will do our best to resolve the situation!
